Stuffed flank steak with Spanish flavours


    • You can use fresh peppers bells or some ember roasting if you want some grilled flavours inside your steak.



Slice finely some red pepper bell, red onions and Chorizo, depending on the size of your steak.

Butterfly your steak with a sharp knife
Stuff your steak with pepper bells, red onions and Chorizo.
Roll it and tie it with cooking string or seal it with toothpick.

Cook it with reverse sear method and smoke it your favourite wood, here mine was oak wood.
