    BBQ & Smokers

    Welcome to Universal BBQ !

The world of barbecue is growing at light speed and we at BBQ and Smokers News wanted to create a space where we can all share our experience, strengths and accomplishments to better help each other improve our methods.

The creation of this forum allows for free flow of information in a more secure format than other forms of social networks.

You as a member of the forum can freely share your information and methods knowing that your communications are only shared with other members of the forum and not to the general public.

    Dos & Don’ts

    1. Register to share. Initial registration is free of charge.
    2. Post and share your accomplishments and don’t be afraid to post failures as we all learn from our mistakes.
    3. Invite your friends to join us
    4. Share those tasty photoghraphs. Please refer to your food pics as “Pron” rather that “Porn” this will assist us to prevent the forum appearing in a random boolang search as a porn site.
    5. Post often.

    1. Don’t be critical to the point of bashing or you will be removed
    2. Don’t hijack another person’s post, stay on topic or post your own thread.
    3. Don’t post anything of pornographic nature except food porn. We like that!
    4. Don’t attempt to hawk your wares here. There is thread for that under development and that is the only place to post items for sale. Any such posts will be deleted by the forum moderator. They will not move your post to the sales thread, ain’t nobody got time for dat!
    5. Don’t be afraid to ask a stupid question. There is no such thing.
BUT please, no click bait such as “ I’m cooking a brisket, how long will it take me?” Give details like weight, cook temperature, cooker type, etc . Click bait will be trashed
    6. Don’t be racist, sexist, or use extreme profanity
    7. No plagiarism, if you use someone’s picture, recipe be part of the bbq family and credit them.
    8. Above all, act like an “adult” with a childish side, you will get a yellow card or red card for being out of order, we all know how far is too far .

Basically, we are here to have fun! So pull up a chair and sit a spell. We welcome your comments and appreciate our members involvement in any and everything Barbecue!
Any questions or suggestions feel free to contact us.

    Jed Thompson
